Jake Furia Access to Ecstasy Single & Music Video

I met Jake at a show in 2013—his band was opening up for another band I’d gone to see and he handed me a copy of his solo EP. One of the tracks on the EP was “Access to Ecstasy” recorded live, and the song stuck out as one of the better tracks on the album to me. So i reached out to Jake and my producer friend Bill Burns to see if they’d be interested in recording the song and shooting a video to go along with it. They both liked the idea and we scheduled a day to record the song at Bill’s home studio.

Once the recording was done, we planned to shoot the music video at Tanner Park in Copiague—got there bright and early and wrapped up within a few hours.

With music and video recording complete, I went to work editing everything together and scheduled a photoshoot with Jake in my home photo studio to get some shots for promotional and album artwork.

When everything was complete, the song, the video, the album artwork and all assets uploaded to various channels and burned the new recording, the live version and the video on to CDs for Jake to hand out at gigs.
