A Multidisciplinary Creative Leader

I’m a big believer in smart ideas, good design, and even better teamwork. Over the years, I’ve helped brands like Microsoft tell their stories clearly, creatively, and with a little bit of edge. I lead with curiosity, collaborate with intention, and never underestimate the power of a well-timed GIF.


From 2016 to 2025, I was the creative lead overseeing the Microsoft account at H&P (acquired by PureRed in 2023 / PureRed acquired by ITG in 2025) and each year we put together a sizzle reel recapping the previous years accomplishments.

The development of our 3D animation team

I helped build this team from the ground up as demand for 3D animation accelerated in 2022. By 2024, our 3D department was producing work like you see above.


Rich Media Quality Creative in Standard Ad Placements:

In developing a strong collaborative relationship with partners at Adobe, my team and I identified a process in which we could deliver rich, interactive web banners in standard web placements. This allowed us to test interactive banners without the added high cost of rich media placements. These interactive banners produce engagement rates upwards of +1.4k% higher than standard web banners.


Test & Learn Engine:

I initiated the collaboration process with Microsoft’s media agency in 2017, acquiring quarterly performance reports on our ads. I used that data to make creative decisions and propose new tests. By 2024, we were presenting our creative insights on a quarterly basis to Microsoft.

In 2024 alone, my team produced over 28,000 assets to over 50 countries in 31 different languages, driving 9.3 billion impressions for Microsoft.
